From the road

We spent eight hours on the road yesterday, and then crashed. This is a sort of girl's road trip: I'm out with my mom and my sister for a family event. We spent almost all of today buying her a "new" car. She has a friend who runs the used car department at a large dealership, so it made sense for her to trade her car while we were in town. She ended up with a very nice 2004 van with all sorts of bells and whistles. I'm jealous.

We stopped by to show the car to a relative, and a rabbit hopped right across the yard! I had my camera bag on my shoulder, and it stayed still long enough for this:
